(Detectives Investigate Suspicious Death in First Hill – SPD Blotter (seattle.gov)) The first homicide happened on Feb. 22 at about 5:10 a.m., when a witness found a person dead with significant head trauma near the Town Hall event space at Eighth Avenue and Seneca Street in downtown Seattle.
