FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A driver was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after causing a rollover crash on Highway 41 in Fresno, according to the California Highway Patrol.
According to a post on social media, posted on Monday morning by CHP, the driver of a Mazda slammed into a small SUV on Highway 41 near Mckinley Avenue, causing it to roll over multiple times.
Officials say the innocent victim of the SUV was luckily able to walk away with only minor injuries due to properly wearing a seatbelt.
CHP says the driver of the Mazda who was determined to be driving under the influence was arrested at the scene and was booked into Fresno County Jail.
